To open a business account with TransferLow, you must provide the following Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents: 1. Certificate of Incorporation 2. Business proof of address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement, not older than 3 months) 6. Completed online application form For ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and directors, the following KYC documents are required: 1. Valid passport copy 2. Proof of address (e.g., bank statement, utility bill, or lease agreement, not older than 3 months) 3. CV or LinkedIn profile Additional documents may be requested by our compliance team based on the client’s business activities or jurisdiction of incorporation.
To open a corporate account with TransferLow, follow these steps: 1. Submit Required Documents: Upload the required KYB and KYC documents (listed above) via our secure online portal or send them to our compliance team via email. 2. Pre-Approval Review: Our compliance team reviews your application and documents to conduct a pre-approval assessment, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory standards. 3. Pay the Onboarding Fee: Upon pre-approval, you will receive an invoice for the onboarding fee, which covers the cost of document review and due diligence. 4. Final Due Diligence: After the invoice is settled, our compliance team completes the remaining due diligence procedures, including identity verification and risk assessment. 5. Account Activation: Once due diligence is complete, you will be notified of the account opening outcome. If approved, your corporate account will be activated, and you’ll receive access details for SEPA and/or SWIFT transactions.
